Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Reangle website and services (the "Service") operated by Reangle ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Reangle is an AI-powered personal brand content management platform that helps users create, manage, and organize social media content for LinkedIn and X/Twitter. The Service includes:

  • Unlimited AI-powered content generation using OpenAI technology
  • Voice cloning technology that learns your unique writing style
  • Content inspiration collection and management
  • AI positioning workshop for brand strategy
  • Content workflow management with a kanban board system
  • Content import from LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and web articles via URL

2. Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial upon registration. During the trial period, you have full access to all features of the Service. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.

3.2 Subscription Plans

After the trial period, continued access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to the Service, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for all subscription fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

3.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.

3.5 Taxes

All prices displayed on our website exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT, sales tax, or GST). The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing address. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription. If you are a business customer in the EU with a valid VAT ID, you may be eligible for a VAT exemption under the reverse charge mechanism.

3.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Usage and Fair Use Policy

4.1 Unlimited Generation

Your subscription includes unlimited AI content generation for personal branding purposes. "Unlimited" means generous usage for building and maintaining your personal brand on LinkedIn and X/Twitter.

4.2 Fair Use Policy

While we offer unlimited generation, the Service is intended for personal and professional brand building. The following uses are prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

  • Automated bulk generation: Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to mass-generate content
  • Reselling or redistribution: Generating content for sale or redistribution to third parties
  • Agency abuse: Using a single account to generate content for multiple clients or brands (contact us for agency pricing)
  • System abuse: Any activity that places excessive load on our systems or degrades service for other users

4.3 Usage Monitoring

We monitor usage patterns to ensure fair access for all users. If your usage significantly exceeds typical patterns (e.g., more than 500 generations per month), we may:

  • Contact you to discuss your use case
  • Offer an enterprise or agency plan better suited to your needs
  • Apply reasonable usage limits to your account

We will always attempt to contact you before taking any action that affects your service.

4.4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate usage policies.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reangle and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is created using your inputs and brand settings. You own the output generated through your use of the Service, subject to:

  • OpenAI's terms and policies regarding AI-generated content
  • Applicable intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction
  • Your responsibility to review and edit generated content before publication

5.4 Imported Content

When you import content from third-party sources (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, web articles), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use such content. We do not claim any ownership of imported content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • To infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of others
  • To transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • To use automated means to access the Service without our permission
  • To resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • To generate spam, misleading content, or deceptive marketing materials

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services, including:

  • OpenAI: For AI content generation
  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • TweetAPI: For importing X/Twitter content
  • ScrapingFish: For importing web article content

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • That the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • That AI-generated content will be suitable for your specific needs

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: Content generated by AI should be reviewed and edited before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Reangle, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • AI-generated content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or causes harm

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reangle and its licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
  • Your use or publication of AI-generated content

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to delete your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Your User Content may be deleted after a reasonable period
  • We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
  • All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@reangle.it to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation within 30 days.

13.2 Jurisdiction

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gelsenkirchen, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

13.3 EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we may choose to do so voluntarily.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reangle regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
