- Content Data: Ideas, posts, inspirations, notes, tags, and any other content you create or import into the platform.
- Payment Information: When you subscribe, payment details are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID, payment method type, and last four digits of your card for display purposes only.
- Communications: If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect:
- Usage Information: We track your usage of AI content generation features, including the number of generations and regenerations, tokens used, and timestamps.
- Session Data: We use database-backed sessions to maintain your login state and preferences.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Log Data: IP addresses, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
- Marketing & Analytics Data (with consent): If you consent to marketing cookies, we collect information through Google Ads for conversion tracking and advertising measurement. This includes a unique identifier to track conversions from our advertising campaigns.
1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources
We may receive information from third-party services when you use our import features:
- LinkedIn Content: When you import LinkedIn posts via URL, we collect the post content, author information, and source URL.
- X/Twitter Content: When importing tweets, we collect the tweet content, author information, and source URL via TweetAPI.
- Web Articles: When importing articles, we use ScrapingFish to extract article content and metadata.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
- Generate AI-powered content based on your brand voice and preferences using OpenAI's GPT-4
- Process transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities
- Enforce our subscription limits and usage quotas

3.1 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:
- OpenAI: Your brand settings and content prompts are sent to OpenAI to generate AI content. OpenAI processes this data according to their Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is processed according to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google (with consent): If you consent to marketing cookies, we use Google Ads for conversion tracking and advertising measurement. Google processes this data according to their Privacy Policy. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 to ensure your consent preferences are respected.
- TweetAPI: Used to import Twitter/X content when you request it.
- ScrapingFish: Used to extract content from web articles when you request it.
3.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
3.3 Business Transfers
