Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Reangle subscription. We want you to be satisfied with our Service, so please read this policy carefully to understand your rights.
1. Free Trial
All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial period allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
- A valid payment method is required to start the trial
- The trial provides access to all premium features
- You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charges
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically
2. Subscription Refund Policy
2.1 General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital service and the immediate access provided upon subscription, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We encourage all users to take full advantage of the free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing.
2.2 When Refunds May Be Granted
We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experienced significant technical problems that prevented you from using the Service, and we were unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized Charges: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to fraud investigation).
- Service Unavailability: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours) during your billing period.
2.3 When Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as this is subjective and varies based on inputs)
- Issues with third-party services (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, or external APIs)
- Partial months of unused service after cancellation
- Feature requests or missing functionality that was not promised
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Submitting a Request
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the charge date:

3.2 Required Information
Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge
- Amount charged
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
3.3 Processing Time
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- The Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your account settings)
- Contacting us at support@reangle.it
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all features until your subscription expires
- Automatic renewal will be stopped, and you will not be charged again
- After expiration, your account will revert to limited access
- Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe
4.3 No Partial Refunds for Cancellation
We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period. Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
5. European Union Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase (the "Cooling-Off Period") under the Consumer Rights Directive.
5.1 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period
By subscribing to the Service and accessing premium features immediately, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You request immediate access to the Service
- You understand that by starting to use the Service, you lose your right of withdrawal
5.2 Exceptions
If you have not used any premium features after subscribing, you may request a full refund within 14 days by contacting us at support@reangle.it.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks result in additional fees and administrative burden for both parties.
If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback if we believe it is unwarranted
- Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
7. Price Changes and Refunds
If we increase subscription prices, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. The old price will apply until your next renewal date. Price increases do not entitle you to a refund for past payments.
8. Service Credits
In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits that can be applied to future subscription periods. Service credits:
- Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Must be used within 12 months of issuance
- Cannot be transferred to another account
- Will be forfeited if your account is terminated
