Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines for using the Reangle service (the "Service"). This policy is designed to protect our users, our Service, and the broader internet community from harmful or illegal activities.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. General Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and ethically. You must:

  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
  • Respect the rights and dignity of others
  • Use the Service only for its intended purpose
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or abuse to us promptly

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, store, share, or distribute content that:

2.1 Illegal Content

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Constitutes fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes

2.2 Harmful Content

  • Contains threats, harassment, bullying, or intimidation
  • Promotes violence or harm against individuals or groups
  • Contains hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Exploits or endangers minors in any way

2.3 Deceptive Content

  • Spreads misinformation or disinformation
  • Impersonates other individuals, organizations, or entities
  • Creates fake testimonials, reviews, or endorsements
  • Manipulates or deceives audiences for malicious purposes
  • Misrepresents the source or authorship of content

2.4 Spam and Manipulative Content

  • Mass-produces low-quality or duplicate content
  • Artificially inflates engagement metrics
  • Promotes pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, or fraudulent opportunities
  • Contains excessive promotional content or unsolicited advertising

2.5 Adult and Explicit Content

  • Contains pornography or sexually explicit material
  • Depicts graphic violence or gore
  • Contains content that is generally considered obscene

3. AI Content Generation Guidelines

When using our AI-powered content generation features, you must:

3.1 Human Oversight

  • Review all AI-generated content before publishing
  • Verify factual claims and statistics in generated content
  • Edit content as needed to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
  • Take full responsibility for content you publish, regardless of how it was generated

3.2 Transparency

  • Do not use AI to create content that deceives others about its origin
  • Consider disclosing AI assistance where appropriate or required by platform policies
  • Do not use AI-generated content to create fake personas or synthetic identities

3.3 Prohibited AI Uses

  • Generating content intended to manipulate elections or political processes
  • Creating deepfakes or synthetic media to deceive others
  • Producing content designed to evade content moderation systems
  • Automating spam or abusive content at scale
  • Generating content that violates third-party AI provider policies (e.g., OpenAI's usage policies)

4. Platform and Technical Guidelines

4.1 Account Usage

  • Maintain only one account per person or organization
  • Do not share account credentials with others
  • Do not sell, transfer, or license your account to others
  • Do not create accounts using false or misleading information

4.2 System Integrity

  • Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
  • Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without permission
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected networks

4.3 Data and Privacy

  • Do not collect personal information about other users without consent
  • Do not upload malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Do not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
  • Respect the privacy and data protection rights of individuals whose content you import

5. Social Media Platform Compliance

When using content generated through our Service on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, or other social platforms, you must also comply with those platforms' terms of service and community guidelines. This includes but is not limited to:

  • LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies
  • X/Twitter's Terms of Service and Rules
  • Any platform-specific policies regarding AI-generated content
  • Posting frequency and engagement guidelines

Violations of third-party platform policies may also constitute violations of this AUP.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately:

  • The username or account involved (if known)

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement

7.1 Investigation

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. This may include reviewing your account activity and content.

7.2 Actions We May Take

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Remove violating content
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement
  • Pursue legal action for damages

7.3 No Refunds for Violations

If your account is terminated due to AUP violations, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused subscription period.

8. Appeals

If you believe we have taken action against your account in error, you may appeal by contacting us at appeals@reangle.it. Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • The action taken against your account
  • Why you believe the action was in error
  • Any supporting information

We will review appeals within 10 business days and communicate our decision to you.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
